We collect the following personal data to manage the sale of the WiFi access pass, provide technical support, and perform our contract:

- Full name: To identify the customer.

- Email address: To send the purchase receipt and the access code.

- Mobile phone: To send the access code via SMS.

- Technical data: MAC and IP connection addresses to audit and enable the device on the Grandstream GWN network.

3. Legal Basis of Processing

The legal basis for processing is the performance of the service contract to which the data subject is party (purchase of the WiFi pass), compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in maintaining network security.

4. Data Retention

The provided personal data will be kept for the period strictly necessary to provide the service and as long as legal liabilities might arise from it.

5. Recipients of Data

Data will not be shared with third parties except under legal obligation or when necessary for service delivery, including Redsys payment gateway for card processing and Grandstream API to generate the access voucher.

The user can exercise at any time their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability by sending an email to soporte@wifilinks.es, attaching proof of identity.
