1. Service Description

WIFILINKS SOCIEDAD LIMITADA provides a temporary wireless Internet access service (WiFi) within the event venue.

The service is purchased via prepaid passes of defined durations (1, 3, 5, or 7 days).

2. Purchase and Activation of Access

Purchasing the pass generates a unique access code (voucher). The validity period of the contracted pass starts from the user's first login on the festival captive portal.

3. Limitation of Liability

WIFILINKS SOCIEDAD LIMITADA is not liable for failures caused by saturation of the user's mobile device, physical wireless interference, external network backhaul outages, or force majeure events.

4. Prohibitions and Proper Use

It is strictly forbidden to share access codes if the pass limits devices, use the network for illicit or criminal actions, or perform abusive bandwidth consumption that degrades the connection quality for other users.
